From the system point of view, the patient represents a customer of healthcare system and therefore it is possible, in terms of cooperation of the healthcare sector with patients, to apply standard tools and procedures operated by CRM – the concept of customer care.
It allows creating specific groups of patients, whether on the basis of specific types of illnesses, diagnosis, age and regional or social group. CRM provides them with targeted access to selected information, be it medication description, therapeutic treatments, dietary habits or recommended exercise and rehabilitation, etc.
The system has developed tools for preventive and time-dependent care, including invitations to preventive examinations, vaccinations and activities related to the planned healthcare.
